Design and Preconstruction

04 Develop the 3D design
See the proposed layout, materials, and spaces together. Our initial 3D concept includes two rounds of revisions to refine the design.
05 Prepare the plans
We translate the approved design into 2D layouts and construction planning information, coordinating additional professional drawings as the project requires.
06 Define the build scope
We prepare a proposal around the approved design and agreed scope, giving you a clear basis for the construction decision.
07 Coordinate permits
We coordinate the permit process and prepare the project for construction once the required approvals are in place.

Carry the plan through to completion.
