Our Background
Experience that began in the field.
Both raised in Eastern Connecticut, Dan and Cody began their careers in hardscape labor and progressed into foreman, design, and project management roles. That foundation informs how we approach a property, develop a design, and plan the work behind it.
Our experience includes supporting high-value residential projects on the East and West Coasts and within central Tennessee’s custom home market. Today, we bring that perspective to homeowners and builders across Fairfield and Litchfield Counties.
